Terms and Conditions for Short Courses

Payments

All fees are payable in advance, cheques should be payable to ‘London Metropolitan Enterprises Ltd’

Transfers

Subject to the availability of places, and provided that we receive written notification at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course, it is possible to transfer between courses. However, we reserve the right to levy an administration charge.

Refunds

If you are unable to attend a particular course, and provided that we receive written notification from you at least 10 working days prior to the start of the course, we will refund your course fees (less an administration charge).

It is regretted that if we receive less than 10 working days notice of your inability to attend, we will be unable to make any refund of course fees.

Substitutions

We are happy to accept substitutions, at no extra charge, provided we are notified in writing prior to the commencement of the course.

The formation or continuation of any course or class is dependent upon adequate student enrolment and attendance. Metro New Media reserves the right, in every case and at its discretion for whatever reason, to amend fees, to alter or not to offer classes, courses, parts of courses and other opportunities to study.

In the event that it is necessary for us to cancel a class or course prior to its commencement, Metro New Media will make a full refund of the course fee. Metro New Media will not, however, accept responsibility for any consequential loss arising from any such cancellation.
