SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

ROOM HIRE

Metro New Media offers a variety of conferencing facilities and room hire services, including:

A range of modern, naturally lit, comfortable rooms that seat from
2 to 40 people
Up to date training and audio-visual equipment
PC & Mac Workstations that run the latest software and benefit from a
fast data network and access to the Internet
All workstations are fully supported by our on-site engineering team.

STUDIO HIRE

Ideal for training and seminars, these fully 'wired' rooms accommodate up to 16 in classroom or boardroom format. Excluding workstation hire £375 per day.

Breakout Rooms

For interviewing, tea/coffee or fully 'wired' for one-on-one training
£125 per day, excluding equipment hire.

Conference Suite

A spacious conference area which seats up to 40 in a variety of room layouts, the conference suite occupies a separate floor and has its own client lounge and breakout rooms. Half day £400, full day £750, excluding A/V equipment.

All rooms have broadband internet access. All figures exclude VAT.

EQUIPMENT HIRE

We also offer PC or Mac workstations customised for training, digital data projectors and TV/video equipment

TRAINING PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT

Each room is fully equipped with a range of presentation equipment at no extra cost.

Flip charts and pens
Whiteboards and pens
Overhead projectors, pens and fiches
Telephone with internal and external access.

AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT

A range of audio-visual equipment, fully supported by our on-site engineering team is also available at a small cost.

PC & MAC WORKSTATIONS

Computers are set up and technically supported through out the day from our on-site technical team.

Workstations are equipped with standard + specialist software
Fast internal server network
High-speed (100Mb) access to the Internet

EQUIPMENT COSTS

PC or Mac workstations customised for training £50 per machine per day
Digital data projectors - £75 per projector per day
TV/video - £75 per day
Technical support (essential if equipment is hired) - £50 per day.
